General
Appearing in the 1900 Tuscarora price list, stock tray No. 2 is described as "No. 2, Oblong, 4 7/8x6 7/8,  lithographed in ten printings.  Design--picture of two ladies on couch, with landscape back ground, border combination of pink, green, red, maroon and yellow."   Apparently early on, Tuscarora did not distinguish between full and tip sizes in there stock catalog; this was prior to discovery of the technique to produce different size trays from the same image which appears to have occurred in roughly the 1905-1907 timeframe.    They were priced at 250 (apparently the minimum order) for $20.    It does not appear in any later catalog or price list.

Shape & Rim & Ad Text
This small tray features the shallower flat shape with flat edge that seems to have predominated at this time.  Given it's small size and detailed design on both the rim and the edge, the only  viable place to print advertising text was on the band surrounding the image of the girl's head.  Like No. 2, these would have served as change trays only and did not offer the eye-catching display potential of a full size tray.  This is one of the few stock trays where there is an example with the advertising text in cursive (A H Fieldhouse).

Interestingly there is a self-advertising piece M&B signs featuring this stock image on a small piece of tin.  Although M&B (as well as Tuscarora, Meek and AAW) produced self-advertising pieces, this is the only that occurs with a stock image.

Hager & Price
This tray is not represented at all in Hager, as he may not have been aware of it since he doesn't seem to have had access to the 1900 Tuscarora price list and it does not appear in catalogue No. 12.  Limited price data for a few examples, is not particularly strong although admittedly most examples are in only fair to good condition.
