General
This highly desirable Indian on Horseback tray is a contemporary of the “Puppies” tray No. 6-B, both sharing the “leaf” rim pattern.   It is also found with plain gold rim (which is speculated to be later).  These show up frequently from non-brewers and as stock samples.

This is the earliest, Beach tray encountered with advertising text on the back of the tray. Suspect that such printings were done by third parties not the tray manufacture (Beach in this case) who began advertising those services in trade publications like Novelty News around this time.

The vast majority of these trays sport the 'leaf rim' and therefore have advertising text on the face of the tray.

Brewery versions are pretty rare and accordingly go for a pretty penny.  Interestingly, stock samples in good condition tend to go for higher prices than non-brewery examples, presumably because the ad text on the face detracts from its desirability.
