Comments: You have to love the Frogs. Probably my favorite tray issued in the 1990's. I sure wish the advertisers for the big breweries would spend a little time and come up with some nice new trays. If they would spend a little more money and improve the quality, I bet they could easily re-coup their costs. New (usually unattractive and poor quality) trays at the breweries sell for $6 or $7. Steins go for $50 to $100. If we are going to shell out that kind of cash for a stein, why wouldn't we shell out $20 or so for a nice tray? I think some of the microbreweries could come out with some nice stuff too. | ||
