Image captured from an internet auction. Contact us if you would like credit for the image. Often connected with the Berghoff Brewery Corp. of Fort Wayne, IN due to the script Berghoff and Eagle "B" logo, but this tray is actually a tray release by The Berghoff Restaurant that has been in operation in Chicago since 1887. The name on the tray indicates the tray was actually release in the early 1990's though it says 100 years, which would technically have been Sieben' River North Brewery. More than likely the tray was just a recognition that the they had been established over 100 years ago. Most likely a gift shop item. Please contact us if you have more information.
