From the Collection of Mark Rogers. There are no manufacturing marks on this tray. Though suspected as a stock design, we have never seen it used on any other advertising - please contact us if you have. Evaluation of the label on the bottle (see below), establishes the date as 1933 - note the slogan below the word "Birk's" of "The Finest of Beers for 42 Years." Birk's name first appeared in 1891 per American Breweries II, so our math leaves us: 1891 + 42 = 1933. |
