Comments: Held out for a long time on this tray, thinking it was a bit hoakie. When I finally picked it up in a lot purchase, I was pleasantly surprised. A nice tray. Brings back memories of crawfish boils when I lived in the "Big Easy". All they needed to do was add a few new potatoes and corn ear cuttings and I would have been able to smell it. Also brought flashbacks to my childhood in Biloxi when we used to crab off the back of our boat while it was tied up to the dock. Dad with a can of Busch in his hand, my sister scurrying around putting chicken legs into the crab net, lowering them into the back bay, hauling them up and tossing them into the bucket as blue as they could be. Once we got them home, mom would put the big pressure cooker to boil on the stove and my sister and I would gasp as they were dropped in live. We didn't like to watch this, but I do remember how good they tasted. Enough already, I'm getting hungry. | ||
