Comments: A very attractive, tough to find Peter tray. I have only seen a couple of others. Picked this nice one up from Dan Morean. A very sharp tray. The star represents the double triangle star was known as the "Brewer's Star", with each point of the star representing the six aspects of brewing most critical to purity: the water, the hops, the grain, the malt, the yeast, and the brewer.
