Comments: Great Wm. Peter tray. The face has an artist's rendering of the Peter Factory pearched up on the banks of the Hudson, just across the river from Manhattan. The star at the bottom represents the double triangle star was known as the "Brewer's Star", with each point of the star representing the six aspects of brewing most critical to purity: the water, the hops, the grain, the malt, the yEast, and the brewer.
