The disconnect in the date of Tuscarora Advertising Co. and the date of production of the tray are due to the common occurrence of inventory of stock blanks being used by the next iteration of the company.  In this case Meek & Beach Co. more than likely took the stock blank and branded it with Punxsutawney Brewing Co. information as the last step.
